Year 3 Teacher Long-term role, working full-time Ofsted Good primary school located in North Birmingham Year 3 Teacher role, starting immediately £144 – £199 per day The Year 3 Teacher Role: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be delivering lessons in all subjects to a class of Year 3 pupils following the national curriculum. This is the full teaching role, so includes planning, marking and assessments, which will be done in cooperation with the other Year 3 Teacher to ensure consistency. It is important that your lesson plans are creative to ensure your pupils are engaged. You will be expected to engage in all aspects of school life and engage with the school culture and ethos. The Year 3 Teacher: To be eligible for this Year 3 Teacher role, you must be a fully qualified Year 3 Teacher with recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3. You must have strong curriculum knowledge and a good understanding of SEN, allowing you to differentiate work effectively and cater work to the individual needs of the pupils in your class. You must have excellent classroom management skills and be able to demonstrate strong academic achievement. This role is not suitable for ECTs or NQTs.
