What you’ll need to succeed
The Post Holder shall have served a registered apprenticeship or equivalent training in specifically the electrical installation trade
The Post Holder will be part of a small team of technicians.
He/she should have post qualification experience ideally in an industrial/commercial environment, and must hold an NVQ Level 3 or approved equivalent in Electrical Installation, the City and Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory Part 2 Course or approved equivalent, and have completed a recognised course on BS7671:18 edition of the I.E.T. Regulations up to and including all current amendments.
Some robust knowledge of the working practices of other craft disciplines would be advantageous.
Computer literacy is an essential requirement for access and operation of the emergency lighting system .
A first aid certificate is desirable.
