Our client a known Fintech organisation based in Central Manchester are looking to take on an experienced and motivated 2nd Line support Engineer with proficient Mac skills to join their growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for;
Acting as the point of escalation for the Technology support analysts, as well as collaborating with other team members to solve technical problems.
Resolve issues escalated to the team – These include complex issues escalated from the Technology Analysts or from other teams.
Troubleshooting computer hardware and OS – Both MacOS and Windows 10.
Testing software payloads from MDM (Jamf and Intune)
