2nd Line Support E Engineer – Northampton – 6-9 months – (Inside of IR35)
The ideal 2nd Line Support Engineer / Desktop Support will have experience in both BAU and Project based tasks, with experience in the following, laptop/PC’s refresh/builds, migrations, fault find/ fault resolution, problem resolution, and floorwalking.
This 2nd Line Support Engineer will support an AD migration (Active Directory migration) in providing post migration support to users, whilst assisting with day to day traditional duties/projects.
Key Skills and experience required from the 2nd Line Support Engineer
Previous experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer / Migration Engineer
Experience with O365, Windows 10/Windows 11, Exchange, Active Directory essential
Windows 10/11 deployment experience
Any SCCM experience would be useful
AD migration (Active Directory migration) or any other relevant migration experience (Windows 10/ Windows 11 would be considered)
Strong EUC experience
Occasional travel may be required
Inside IR35
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be asked to work 5 days a week onsite in their Northampton office and moving forward flexibility to work hybrid.
