Robert Half Talent Solutions have an exclusive partnering with a large national business who are looking to build on their excellence within Finance, by introducing a Qualified Accountant into the team. This particular business has seen an great increase revenue, whist implementing strategic innovations to boost the business’ profitability and overall market share.

They have offices located in Leicester and would be commutable from all areas of Leicester, Leicestershire, Loughborough, Hinckley, Burbage, Nuneaton, Coventry and Solihull.

As the Accountant, you will be involved in various tasks such as:

• Financial reporting
• Cash flow forecast, monitoring and reporting
• Analysis on key business metrics and systems
• Intercompany transaction control
• Budgeting and forecasting for P&L and Balance Sheet impacts
• Investigate P&L and Balance Sheet variances
• Liaise with external auditors
• Support / lead on project delivery and post-implementation analysis
• Support and mentor a small team

To be successful as the Accountant, you will need the following:

• Qualified Accountant in either ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• A 1st time or 2nd time mover out of practice
• Big 4 or Top 10 is desirable
• Proven experience in a large business
• Experience with people management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
