We are now looking for an Accounting Services Manager to join our Finance team in Hitchin on a full time basis. This role will manage 3 teams: accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury who are responsible for the UK business. THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS As an Account Services Manager you will be required to help drive a one dormakaba culture within AR/AP/Treasury and be the voice of your teams within the business, to raise and resolve challenges to aid business strategy. Team management will be crucial, ensuring they get the support required to stay engaged and motivated. You will be expected to uphold current and implement common standards, expectations and tools as required. A key task will be to drive down and maintain an improvement in overdue debts by driving efficiencies and robustness of processes. It is important we ensure our teams consistently comply with relevant legislation (e.g. CIS declarations). Within this role you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders to build rapport, making it easier to implement new policies and rollout new processes. You will attend meetings and produce reports informing on consolidated debt, cash requiremens and cash forecasting. Overall we are looking for someone to take ownership of our accounting services, offer support to the teams and drive improvement in our processes.
