Denholm is excited to be working in partnership with a recognised firm of Chartered Accountants who have a unique opportunity for an experienced Accounting & Business Advisory Partner to take a key leadership role within their Glasgow based office. You are an experienced leader, who will bring strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills to the role. You will hold responsibility for overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong relationships are formed and each client need is met and delivered by you and the team. As part of the growth strategy you will take a lead role in spotting and developing opportunities for the group, whilst winning work and developing the team. Working collaboratively with the partner group, you will be involved in supporting the wider team and have involvement in shaping the people strategy. This opportunity would suit a driven individual currently working in a leadership position, ready to take the next step in their career.

You are a strong leader who holds a full accountancy qualification including ACA, ACCA or CA or equivalent with experience of managing a portfolio and leading a team. You are experienced in making key business decisions, identifying issues and priorities and analysing where improvements can be made. You will have gained prior experience of working within an accountancy or professional services firm. You possess strong communication skills where you can confidently build relationships across the team and wider firm. You are a driven individual who strives for results.
