An award winning production agency specialising in docu-series and commercials are on the search for a finance assistant!

This is an ongoing temporary contract that does offer longer term potential to a proactive, go-getter that does well.

With productions on streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney Plus this is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving agency with a dynamic finance team than can offer some great exposure to someone looking to expand their accounts-payable knowledge.

The Responsibilities – Finance Assistant

• Processing a volume of invoices in excess of 40+ a day
• Setting up suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• General ad-hoc duties as required

The Person – Finance Assistant

• Adaptable to a fast paced, pressurised environment
• Personable individual comfortable talking to non-financial staff
• Dedicated with a can-do attitude
• Strong excel skills are beneficial
• Experience in an accounts payable or admin role is essential
• Available immediately or on short notice
