Administrator required, full-time permanent position with well established local employer, office based role
Your new company Is part of an award-winning company group which operates throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their Head Office team. They are particularly keen to meet candidates with Geography / English / History interests and there will be fantastic development opportunities for the successful candidate.
Your new role As Administrator, you will provide an important administration function connecting directly with the commercial and site teams, ensuring accurate and timely flow of information within the organisation. Key duties will include:
Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods including telephone and email
Copy, log and fulfil filing duties
Print relevant details
Update databases accurately and efficiently
Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements
Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training
Undertake other tasks as and when required.
What you’ll need to succeed As Administrator, it is essential that you have good educational attainment including a minimum of GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English. You will be proficient in Microsoft suite, have excellent communication skills and be able to work to business deadlines.
