We are looking to offer a Supply Chain Administrator the opportunity to join our expanding Supply Chain Control team based in Stevenage.Where we can, we work flexibly! We offer a flexible working environment where hybrid working has been embedded.As the Supply Chain Administrator with us, you’ll get the opportunity to:

• Ensure that third party documentation is issued, reviewed and processed accurately, filing electronically and entering details to relevant databases as required by the task
• You will ensure that timescales for returns are met, which includes liaising with third party and internal contacts
• Support members of the SCC team in achieving departmental objectives
• Work with other departments and business units within M Group Services to respond to queries and to promote best practice with regard to matters relating to supply chain control.

• You will be a team player and a good relationship builder
• Committed to continuous improvement
• Stable and consistent, always operating with integrity
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise tasks and perform them efficiently
• You will possess a working knowledge of MS Office (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Available on the 30th or 31st May to interview in person at Abel Smith House, Stevenage
