Wow Factor: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to gain exposure within an advertising agency. Our client is looking for immediate temp support within their administration team, this role has potential to go Permanent.
Role: Administration
HOURS: 9am – 5.30pm
SALARY: £12-£14 per hour depending on experience – Salary would be £25,000
LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
Opening and distributing post to the necessary departments
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
Manage office workflow and IT requirements along with our IT consultant.
Performing data entry roles where applicable
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
Working with multiple departments to set-up and welcome new starters, including IT set-up, H&S checks, and induction meetings.
Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company event where required.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, managing visitors.
Managing meeting rooms by always keeping them clean and tidy especially in between meetings.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
