Basic Salary
Qualified Support Worker: £25, per annum
Unqualified Support Worker: £22, per annum
Sleep-ins paid at £ per night
£1000 welcome bonus and an extra £1000 after you pass your probation (minimum six months)
Funded qualifications: starting with working towards a funded Adult Care Worker Level 2 Diploma
Annual Leave entitlement equivalent to weeks per annum (with options to purchase more)

The OpportunityOptions Autism are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our team in Middleton Fells – a brand-new site supporting adults aged 18 to 64 with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning ;Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.Who we are looking for:Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:
People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
Be patient, resilient and calming
Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
