Basic Salary
Qualified Support Worker: £25, per annum
Unqualified Support Worker: £22, per annum
£500 welcome bonus and an extra £500 after you pass your probation (minimum six months)
Funded qualifications: starting with working towards a funded Adult Care Worker Level 2 Diploma
Annual Leave entitlement equivalent to weeks per annum (with options to purchase more)

The OpportunityOptions Autism, a part of the Outcomes First Group of companies, is recruiting Adult Waking Night Support Workers in the Cumbria ;Grange View is located in the lovely village of Grange over Sands and can accommodate up to 7 young adults Aged 19-65. It is a beautiful property with lots of open space and large rooms allowing for each young adult to become independent within the ;Options Grange View is a home for young adults who are more independent and benefit from having access in to the local community, good transport links and the opportunity to access vocational education, paid employment or volunteering. Young Adults here benefit from opportunities to increase independence skills, self-help skills, basic life skills and personal care.Who we are looking for:Our next Adult Waking Night Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:
People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
Be patient, resilient and calming
Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
