Advanced Technical Trainers Agricultural Engineering Advanced Technical Trainers (ATTs) are key to inspiring and developing the next generation of engineers working in partnership with prominent national and local employers. As an ATT working for Reaseheath College you will: Plan and deliver practical and theory-based teaching sessions to apprentices. Assess their progress against industry standards and quality assure training delivery. Work with national and local employers. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must also have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this. Salary: up to £35,622 per year (plus employer pension contribution of up to £8,435 per year) potential of a welcome bonus of up to £5,000 paid over two years access to the STEP payment scheme of up to £5,000 to recognise industry experience Status: Permanent contract, working full time (37 hours per week) Assessment centre date: To be confirmed
