After Sales and Service Administrator – Chertsey – up to £30k Due to an internal promotion within the team we are seeking a motivated After Sales and Service Administrator to join our client at their newly refurbished offices in Chertsey, Surrey. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained initial experience in After Sales Support or Service Administration and is now looking to take the next step in their career. Benefits include:23 Days Holiday ( Rising to 25 days with service) plus Bank Holidays Annual Bonus Scheme Private Medical InsuranceDental Care PlanPension scheme Gym Membership Free onsite Parking About you:– Ideally you will be able to demonstrate prior experience in an administrative support function preferably gained in an Aftersales / Repairs or Service support role – Educated to a min of A-Level standard or equivalent – Intermediate to advanced Excel / MS Office – SAP user would be an advantage – Multilingual – European languages / Korean speaker is desirable The role:To provide comprehensive after sales support including; Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional manner Resolving customer queries by effectively liaising with other departments Ensure all aspects of customers requirements are adhered to including service specifications Monitoring RMA’s Processing payments, credit notes and invoices Liaison with Global HQ – providing accurate and timely updates Managing billings process to include price adjustments and payment management Accurate processing of credit control in relation to returns Liaison with sales order processing team with regards to arranging replacement products Manage and monitor all KPR to include delivery time and repair time reporting Actively build positive working relationships with clients, customers and colleaguesNext Step:If you feel you have the right mix of skills and experience for this role and would like to know more or apply please get in touch ASAP.
