Are you an experienced Application Support ECM Specialist? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to discuss with you.
You will need to have very strong OpenText Content Server support skills as you will participate in daily and weekly maintenance & systems checks, whilst also covering the incidents, service requests and changes that come into the ITSM ticket system.
The role is inside IR35 and is a 9-month contract. The contract will be hybrid with attendance in London expected 2x a week. The rate for this will be £400-475 p/d
You will provide system support and maintenance for the Scheme’s content management applications, primarily OpenText Content Server and to support the Office 365 platform for SharePoint and Teams. Additionally there will be involvement in development projects to enhance the capability and scope of the ECM platform.

Experience of maintaining and configuring SharePoint environments, with the knowledge of SharePoint templates and page customisations
System integration ( Siebel and SharePoint )
Experience
Extensive experience as a system administrator of OpenText ECM or other DMS products
A strong background in Windows-based system support or development
Leading an ECM support function to deliver high quality customer focused service.
Experience of project work within a software development life cycle
