Contract – ArchiMate IT Trainer/Coach – London – 3 months – Outside IR35

I am representing for one of our financial service customers who are looking for an ArchiMate IT Trainer/Coach

* Role: ArchiMate IT Trainer/Coach
* Location: London
* Job type: Contract – Outside IR35 via your limited company
* Duration: 3 months initial

* Proven experience as an enterprise architect, solution architect, or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on architecture modelling, analysis, coaching and training.
* Extensive expertise and practical experience in working with the ArchiMate modelling language and framework.
* Extensive expertise and practical experience as a trainer/coach previously
* Proficiency in creating training materials, including presentations, documentation, and videos, that effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Experience facilitating brown-bag sessions, workshops, or knowledge-sharing forums, encouraging active participation and collaboration.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a genuine passion for assisting individuals and teams in improving their architecture skills and practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies, such as TOGAF, and their integration with ArchiMate.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve architectural objectives.
* Proficiency in ArchiMate modelling tools and software.
* Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and/or ArchiMate (eg, TOGAF, ArchiMate Certification) required.
* Demonstrated ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture and ArchiMate.
* Experience in the UK banking/Financial services industry is preferable.
