Aspiring Psychologist Job Summary
– As an Aspiring Psychologist, you’ll be working both on a 1:1 basis and classroom setting to provide support to students with a range of SEMH and SEN needs. – You’ll take responsibility for the planning, preparation and delivery of learning activities for individuals and groups of students. – The Aspiring Psychologist role involves adapting to support the varying individual needs of pupils, monitoring and encouraging their progress and development. – Gain valuable practical Psychology experience working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. – Salary Range £20,000 – £25,000 depending upon experience.
Aspiring Psychologist Job Requirements
– Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree from leading UK University. – Experience of working with children and young people with SEMH needs advantageous. – Aspires to have a career as a SEN Teacher, Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist. – Will be resilient, able to take initiative and work in a challenging but highly rewarding environment.
