R13 are working in collaboration with a well-known and established Norfolk business in their search for an Assistant Office Manager for their team. This is a varied and essential role, working closely across departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Based in West Norwich, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary between £22,000 – £23,000, depending on experience.

The day to day
Ensuring the organisation of the office facilities, including sorting post and internal systems.
Maintaining and managing the diaries of various departments, as well as ensuring all IT and equipment is distributed, maintained and logged for the team.
Working closely with the Office Manager and senior management team, including the HR director, to ensure health and safety is maintained.
Liaising with external contacts and providing the first response to general enquiries.
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative support, including providing quotations and logging documentation.
You will have/be
Previous office administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to built strong working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Naturally organised with a keen eye for detail.
Adaptable and able to manage a busy and diverse workload.
