Bid Support Coordinator – Sheffield/Hybrid, £25,000 – £40,000.
We have partnered with a thriving organisation who are looking for 2 Consulting Sales Supports to join their company that is going from strength to strength in their industry. The organisation specialises in providing Business and IT Change to a variety of organisations when following their excellence as standard target.
The company are driven to double their profitability and business growth with additional expansions in their outsourced talent pool and internal permanent team, where the business prides themselves on the level of highly skilled and trusted associates. The customer base of the corporation is a mixture of businesses both in the Public and Private sectors.
The Bid Support Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Business Development and will work on a hybrid working model of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home per week.
Requirements of the Bid Support Coordinator:
– Have a natural creative flare and ambition to develop visually appealing proposals to excite clients. – Administrative experience with Salesforce is preferable. – Minimum knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook etc. – Familiar with client tenures and Public Sector bidding processes. – Great communicator, excited by sales and self-starter.
Responsibilities of the Bid Support Coordinator: – Use an analytical approach to support the sales development process. – Communicate effectively with internal and external senior managers, subject matter experts and executives. – Manage the fast-paced environment within the business development environment.
