We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading and reputable Financial Services organisation to join the Financing team to work on a range of Change and IT transformation projects within their Portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to be a part of multiple end-to-end digital projects which span across financing products to customers, new features, and a digital gateway platform (CRM Salesforce). This role takes ownership for the accurate capture of requirements and business processes, and converting these into simple and clear requirements to feed to the solution development teams.
Responsibilities
Discover, analyse and understand the true business needs and determine the business objectives, performing GAP analysis using AS-IS, and TO-BE process modelling to determine the requirements.
Establish the benefits to progress a particular change, and the impacts (including critical success factors), presenting your recommendations and the impact of change including the key stakeholders affected by this impact, producing agreed documentation to support any recommendations.
Elicit business requirements using a catalogue of business analysis tools and techniques.
Review and analyse existing business documentation, processes, tasks and workflow information.
Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and site visits (Business, functional and non-functional).
Reconcile any conflicts and communicate with Stakeholders to resolve any change resistance.
Contribute to and provide estimates and plans for delivery of Discovery activity within agreed scope and deliverables, supporting development and testing.
Risk management including RAID logs.
Complete peer reviews of analysis deliverables to ensure quality, requirements, and standards are being maintained.
Produce documentation required to a high standard, evidencing compliance with governance.
Qualifications
Business Analyst Qualification or Equivalent.
Experience in managing requirements through the full lifecycle of a project.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proven experience managing stakeholders to ensure all needs are met from project delivery.
Effective communication skills, at all levels, internally and externally.
Supported the budgetary aspects of significant projects – including cost planning and estimating, reporting and forecasting.
Experience working with the project team, facilitating triage of UAT, supporting business readiness activities including workshop facilitation.
