Description
As Business Change Manager, you will hold accountability for leading, driving, coordinating and controlling the delivery of Change Projects to agreed Time, Cost and Quality measures. In this role, you will be expected to manage a variety of medium or large projects across multiple workstreams within the business; IT, HR, Legal, Commercial, Regulatory, Pricing etc.
Through the coordination of the multiple workstream leads and stakeholders, you will ensure that all tasks and activities identified within each project plan are delivered to agreed cost, time, quality, scope whilst assuring benefits are aligned.

You will know how to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels as you lead multi-disciplined teams to ensure safe delivery of change, whilst chairing governance sessions with the Executive team providing clear, efficient, and meaningful reporting targeting exceptions
Profile
The successful candidate will have solid experience as a Business Change Manager, preferably within the financial services/insurance sector or having worked in another heavily regulated environment. If you have experience of managing change in line with mergers or acquisitons, that will be a huge benefit to our client.
You will have experience working to drive change across multiple areas within a business, not just systems & IT. The successful candidate will have experience with strategy setting and governance/regulatory type work.
Any change management qualifications are welcomed; APMG, Lean Six Sigma etc.
