Currently working with a top tier investment bank who are in search of a Business Risk Analyst to join their to support identification, evaluation and management of conduct risks in Markets Sales and Trading businesses.
Responsibilities of the Business Risk Analyst:
This role is to plan, execute and report the results of conduct control testing covering Markets Trading and Sales businesses.
Planning, executing and reporting results of conduct control testing
Supervising and coaching team members in execution of conduct control testing
Monitoring execution of parts of the testing programme to agreed timelines, escalating and resolving obstacles to delivery
Supporting stakeholders in determining necessary control remediation
Leading continuous improvement of aspects of the conduct control testing process
Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk
Providing conduct control subject matter expertise to stakeholders across all three lines of defence
Necessary qualifications and experience:
You must have experience working in Business Risk and Capital Markets
Understanding of conduct risks, and related controls, associated with trading and sales activities
Strong understanding of control design assessment and effectiveness testing techniques and practices
Experience mentoring and coaching team members
Business Risk Analyst Contract Details:
Up to £700pd Inside IR35
3 days on-site in London
6 months (with an extension by another 6)
