Business Intelligence Developer / BI DeveloperCity of London£55,000 – £70,000 per annumCompany client is recruiting a Business Intelligence Developer for a specialty Insurance business to join their Data Team to work closely with the business to produce reports in Power BI and exposure in working with the new data warehouse.Responsibilities: Gather requirements for reports using Power BI. Support the implementation of new applications. Support the ‘self service’ reporting with SSAS and SQL and providing end user training, troubleshooting and assistance. Ad-hoc SQL analysis and investigation. Develop and document ETL packages to support the warehouse and other data-driven processes. Support the development of the data warehouse to include new data sources, and functions using SQL, SSIS, SSAS.Skills & Experience: Experience using Power BI, SQL, SSIS/SSAS, ETL. Experience of producing MI and reports. Knowledge of data warehouse design and principles. Insurance industry experience preferable.
