Description
As Business Readiness Change Partner, you will support the Senior Leader within this team and act as an extra layer in between them and the analysts to help drive change within the organisation. Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including SLT & Director level, you will analyse the impacts of change, write approaches to how this change will be adopted, and verbally present and articulate this to colleagues; talking them through challenges and how you will help to overcome them.
With over 50 business case bids across the portfolio of work, it will be your responsibility to deliver multiple projects at once. You are likely to be responsible for larger projects whilst supporting and line managing at least 2 Analysts who will be in charge of smaller projects within the portfolio.
Profile
The successful candidate will work with autonomy on a range of different projects and be able to multi-task. You must have experience of working with some IT based projects and be able to demonstrate this at interview. That being said, the portfolio is made up of a mixture of change initiatives.
You must have previous experience of business readiness and change adoption and be able to articulate successes that you have had in terms of the adoption part.
My client are looking for someone who can talk about proven change management methods and standards and give examples of techniques that you have put in place previously.
