Salary: £33,348 to £44,414 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

If so, the University of Nottingham has a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Change Communication and Engagement team, where enthusiasm, good humour and an appetite for varied and challenging work are a must.
The University of Nottingham is embarking on an ambitious change agenda and in this role, no two days will be the same. Principally, the role will support the delivery of communications, engagement activities and events to help engage staff at all levels in shaping an exciting vision for the development of the University’s fourth UK campus, in the city centre’s Castle Meadow district, building the case for change and fostering positive advocacy for the new location which will house final year students studying professional practice in e.g. law and business.
This role will also manage communications and engagement activity to build and extend the vision for Digital Nottingham, which will be housed on the Castle Meadow site, to marry academic innovation with commercial partners to build the businesses of tomorrow, using AI, Fintech and big data applications to support jobs, investment and growth for the city.

This role is available initially on a fixed-term basis for 2 years. Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week). The University supports hybrid working, with an expectation that you will spend around 60% of your time on campus. Arrangements can be agreed locally with your line manager. Job share arrangements may be considered.
Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
