Network IT is currently recruiting for a Change Delivery Lead, with specific experience in Information/IT security, for a leading banking client of ours on a permanent basis.

This is a brand new role for our client, who are investing heavily into their IT/Information Security function within the business.

They are looking for someone to help them develop a community within the secure change space, to take ownership and leadership in this area, helping security embed itself within all aspects of business change throughout the business. In this role, you will be owning, documenting and developing various processes, procedures and tools, to enable secure change processes, ensuring that regulatory commitments are met.

The goal is to develop a community approach, where members will exchange knowledge and develop capabilities for strong processes in secure change, ensuring best practice and outcomes are met.

Please note our client has offices in Manchester and London, you can be based out of either location with 1-2 days per week in the office, and the rest working remotely.

Role: Change Delivery Lead – IT Security
Location: Manchester or Central London
Working Practices: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in the office
Salary: Flexible for the right person

Key Skills:

• Strong experience of leading business change, within an IT/Information security focused setting
• Able to build a practice, to develop focused thinking around security, exchanging knowledge and developing capabilities of member teams
• Own the end to end secure change processes
• Document and develop secure change tools, processes and procedures
• Representing information security teams in front of key stakeholders
• Strong governance experience
• Experience of working within banking or finance – knowledge of regulatory controls and practices
• Exposure to technology within IT security – cloud/DevSecOps/Agile development
