Exciting opportunity to join a global Telecommunications business, seeking a Change Manager. Joining a team responsible for shaping and driving a large Transformation Project in the business, managing change impacts and the delivery of change plans.
Duties and responsibilities:
Play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption of new processes and organisation models
Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans
Undertake business project management activities
Responsible for ensuring all business change impacts are identified
Overseeing testing for the business area – process and technology testing
Capture change impacts
Manage delivery of the training plan to support business readiness
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working in an environment of change involving new systems, new processes and culture change
Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on approach to communications, change management and training execution
