As a Chef de Partie, your overall purpose is to run a section of the kitchen, preparing food items in line with agreed specifications prior to service and ensuring that all food delivered from it for service meets our exacting standards. Youll thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, bringing your energy, efficiency, and passion to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver all food items other than pizza during service, playing a vital role in our kitchens success. Prepare food items in line with agreed specifications prior to service, using your creativity and expertise to bring out the best in each ingredient. Run a section of our kitchen, keeping it organized and tidy and ensuring that all guest allergies and dietary requirements are carefully considered.
