About the Role:
As the Chief Instructor for Kingswood, you will lead the activity team through mentorship, development, and inspiration.

You will work closely with our guests and develop and deliver activity programmes to meet and exceed their objectives.

You will be a hands-on leader who encourages a positive work-life balance for yourself and your staffing team.

About you:

• Personable, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop small teams
• ERCA Generic Rescuer
• BC Sheltered water coach or above (Centre specific)
• First aid at work (16hours+) (E)
• Archery GB
• British Fencing Coach Developer
• SPA / RCI
• Teaching / Coaching Qualification
• NGB Provider
• Driving License
• Level 3 award in the relevant area
