Reed Finance have been engaged by a leading Telecoms Services provider head quartered in London. The have a flexible and dynamic business model which keeps them are the forefront of their target operating market.

Reporting into the Group CFO, They are looking for an astute forward thinking Finance Business manager/ Chief of Staff to join their growing business. The business has grown rapidly over the past 10 years with multiple acquisitions and continue to lead significant investment in their operations.

The purpose of this role is to be the direct support to the Group CFO in delivering the planned financial performance. The key focus for the role is facilitating effective collaboration between the GCFO direct reports and key stakeholders, managing assigned financial projects and organizing the GCFO office for maximum effectiveness.

Working seamlessly with the GCFO, the Business Manager will work on initiatives that are intended to create value for the Company. The Business Manager will liaise across functions and with operating leaders in matters that impact long-term and short-term financial performance. The successful candidate should have a track record of high performance, attention to detail, proactivity, strong organization skills and the ability to work with teams, while possessing broad financial and IT knowledge

To be considered for this role you shall be:

• A Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent• Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills, and proven experience of working in an international business either Private Equity backed or Listed.• Strong academic background• MUST have experience within the IT Services or Telecommunications sector.
