Key responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for clients and policyholders for any queries on their Subsidence claims
Manage your own portfolio of subsidence claims by delivering an exceptional customer experience
Maintain task diary systems, produce client reports/letters
Liaise with contractors and other relevant external suppliers
About you:
Excellent Customer Services experience with a Claims background within Subsidence/Buildings/Property
Organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Able to work in a demanding environment and be able to handle difficult situations
Experienced in using computer-based claims handling systems
Industry qualifications of committed to gaining the relevant knowledge and working towards Cert CILA
Claims Technician – remote working – UK, up to £25k per annum plus an excellent benefits package, offering a full training development programme with the opportunity to progress towards Subsidence Consultant, support towards Industry qualifications, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Healthcare, Pension, Employee wellbeing assistance, Life Assurance.
This is a full-time, permanent role, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
