We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join us at Executive Integrated Solutions, a well-respected and established facilities management company, known for the high standards of service we deliver to our clients. Due to retirement, we are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who takes pride in their work and can work on their own initiative. You will be an excellent ambassador for us with a friendly but always professional manner someone who is presentable and confident, and who has a friendly and professional manner. This role is based at one of our important manufacturing clients based in Deeside. The successful Cleaning Supervisor: Has proven experience in leading a team within the cleaning industry Can manage performance on an individual and team basis to ensure company standards are adhered to at all times Is a skilled people manager Has excellent attention to detail and used to delivering the highest standard of work Is great at building good relationships with the ability to communicate at all levels, with both clients and the team Has a sound understanding of current Health and Safety regulations and the ability to implement, and adhere to, required standards and procedures Will ideally hold a BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent but not essential Is experienced in organising staffing rotas, training, and will have some knowledge of essential HR compliance Can work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days You will be working 06:00-13:00, Monday-Friday (must be flexible to occasionally work evening) at Deeside Industrial Park.
