Summary of Position: The Client Services Project Manager role works within our Client Services function; the team work to establish excellent client relationships to empower our clients by use of our innovative technology.
The role will suit a motivated individual who has experience in Project Management. They will contribute to the growth of an SME technology business; working within the Collections & Recoveries sector of the Financial Services Industry. Our clients range from Utilities and Telecoms, Banks and other Credit Originators.
The Client Services Project Manager will report to the Senior Client Services Project Manager along with the Head of Client Services. They will be client-facing; developing project specifications, building relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in order to progress the client through project implementation; They will strive for efficient, timely and successful conclusion of multiple projects.

Skills/experience: The ideal candidate will show an ability to define, own and solve business problems, take initiative, and have a proactive approach, as well as communication skills, an analytical mind, problem solving skills, customer focus and teamwork skills.
Along with having experience of working in a project management, client-facing role. They will have good project management skills and an ability to balance project constraints and competing priorities, as well as stakeholder management skills with good communication skills and have demonstrated a proven ability in building key client and stakeholder relationships.
