To download and record all new patient results accurately and on time. To ensure all patient information is kept confidential at all times. Responsible for dispatching the results to the correct practitioners.
Check that all information is logged and recorded onto the company client management system.
Assisting with taking payments via secure online Merchant Management payment system, invoicing, chasing payments over the phone and via the client Management System where necessary.
Registering and monitoring customers via the Company Client Management System.
