Job- CNC MachinistLocation- OxfordTerm- PermanentSalary- £30,000 – £35,000 Dependant on experience My client specialises in manufacturing parts for the using many different materials for a varied industries. The CNC Machinist will ideally have the following attributes:

• Previous experience working as a CNC Operator / Machinist / Setter / Programmer
• Ideally have some experience with of programming
• Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing
• Have experience machining and manufacturing precision parts and components
• Be able to read from engineering drawings
• Have previous experience working in a similar Machine Shop environment
• Be able to work well alone as well as part of a team

The CNC Setter/Operator role will involve:

• Working with CNC machinery and producing plastics
• Running multiple machines – small to medium batch work
• Inspecting components as required
• CNC Milling or Turning working with varied controls
• Reading from engineering drawings
• Adhering to company H&S requirements
