Job Role: CNC Team Leader- Days. Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire. Salary: £39,000- £43,000 Hours Monday-Friday 07:00-17.30 + overtime available at 1.2x Job Type: Full time, Permanent The client: Interaction have partnered with the UKs leading manufacturer in creating and perfecting parts for all different types of industries looking for an experienced Team leader looking for their next step in their career to look after the shop floor with 10/15 other CNC machine operators Duties: – to Stick to strict deadlines with tight schedules ensuring the shop floor is run efficiently and effectively -delegating work and leading the team -working to KPIs -Sticking to company policies and procedures -Reading drawings and sharing knowledge with the team – using a variety of machines including, HAAS, HURCO, DOOSEN,DMG MORI Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience leading a team Good knowledge of setting operating or programming Time served engineer or relevant qualifications. (HNC/NVQ) Confident in Reading engineering drawings Experience using. HAAS, HURCO, DOOSEN, DMG MORI Milling & Turning (4/5 years) Full UK driving license.
