FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER IMMEDIATE START MERSEYSIDE
Adele Carr Recruitment is delighted to be working with a national service provider in Liverpool, who are keen to appoint a senior, Finance Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an ideal role for someone with a proven, commercial accounting background, who enjoys working with others and seeking areas within the business, where they can add value.
The ideal applicant will be fully qualified, ACA / CIMA / ACCA, offering experience in designing and implementing efficient processes and KPI reporting to support business performance.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong modelling skills, who can confidently manage relationships with the wider team. Educating and influencing budget holders to buy in to your strategic ideas, that will improve the way they work is key to the overall success.
Working closely with budget holders, you will provide financial insight and support, monitoring spend and looking at areas to improve to maximise profit.
You will be an integral member of the finance team and be responsible for coordinating regular budget meetings with senior stakeholders and communicate data via several reporting tools.
You will be an articulate, self-motivated individual who is highly organised, with sound technical skills, including MS Excel, Power Bi.
The Finance Business Partner be accountable for the following;
Providing essential, financial insight and support to the wider business
Supporting the commercial teams with the production of several costing, profitability reports and variance analysis with commentary
Reporting spend, actual V budget
Assist with budgeting, forecasting
Leading ad hoc projects, process improvements, implanting new KPI reporting
The ideal applicant, will be:
A qualified, commercial accountant who is looking to work in Liverpool
Possess strong communication, analytic and organisational skills
A team player with strong stakeholder management experience
A conscientious individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys suggesting ideas for change, creating, building new models, mapping out processes, adding value
Strong MS Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools, Power Bi
Interview Process:
This will be a 2 stage interview process with the first being a Teams video call, followed by a second meeting which will be face to face, on site in Liverpool.
