Complaints Investigation Specialist – full time / part time No one checks tradespeople like Checkatrade! As a Complaints Investigation Specialist you ll support the homeowner review process end to end. This includes troubleshooting issues, mediating between trades and consumers and ensuring both parties are kept informed all the way through. Hybrid working applies. 2 days in the office, 3 at home. Where do you fit in? Our Reviews team are at the heart of upholding the high standard we are renowned for, living up to the Checkatrade promise of Where Reputation Matters . You ll be reviewing homeowner feedback on trade member service levels including handling both email and phone based queries. You ll act with empathy and understanding and investigate and troubleshoot what can sometimes be complex issues. You ll do this with the purpose of reaching the best resolution for everyone. This includes supporting each party every step of the way, ensuring you obtain a satisfactory resolution to complaints/claims. You ll be confident in making fair decisions based on the outcomes of your investigations, and will have lots of support, training and help to succeed. You ll use your amazing customer service skills to play a key part in our talented team, whilst accurately keeping our records up to date. What s in it for you? Previous experience essential. You will have experience with complaint handling via the phone or face to face. Previous experience is essential. Confidence to carry out difficult conversations, alongside the ability to explain and advise people calmly and clearly. A team player, confident in your IT abilities, used to working to KPI s and deadlines. Resilience and positive attitude are essential
