Concept Chef Job Description
Deliver one of our branded street food concepts across multiple sites. It will involve preparing food as well as serving during service at the front counter.
We will provide training and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control.
to achieve exceptional standard and will give you clear instructions for the cooking and presentation expectations.
Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported.
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
Shift & work pattern; 40 hours Mon- Friday
Skills and Experience

Proven experience of working within a kitchen
Comfortable to engage with customers
Able to organise workload independently as well as being a strong team player
