Key accountabilities:

• Build and configure network and EUD devices.
• Perform Break Fix on all EUD equipment where a known fix is available, ensuring normal service is restored as quickly as possible (or a work around provided) with minimal disruption to the customer, ensuring the customer is kept fully up to date with progress.
• Distribute replacement kit when required – liaising with asset management to ensure estate information remains accurate and up to date.
• Diagnose hardware and software related issues with devices.
• Develop and maintain build and troubleshooting documentation.
• Manage tickets assigned through the ticketing system. Experience Handling cryptographic material

Key requirements:

• Build, configure, administer and support infrastructure technologies and solutions such as: computing, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, COTS and open source packages and solutions, and virtual and cloud computing, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Investigate problems in systems, processes and services, with an understanding of the level of a problem.
• Know how to produce detailed designs and document all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
• Build and test simple interfaces between systems or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team. Test scripts
