Perform Break Fix on all EUD equipment where a known fix is available, ensuring normal service is restored as quickly as possible (or a work around provided) with minimal disruption to the customer, ensuring the customer is kept fully up to date with progress.
Distribute replacement kit when required – liaising with asset management to ensure estate information remains accurate and up to date.
Diagnose hardware and software related issues with devices.
Develop and maintain build and troubleshooting documentation.
Manage tickets assigned through the ticketing system. Experience Handling cryptographic material
Key requirements:
Build, configure, administer and support infrastructure technologies and solutions such as: computing, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, COTS and open source packages and solutions, and virtual and cloud computing, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
Investigate problems in systems, processes and services, with an understanding of the level of a problem.
Know how to produce detailed designs and document all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
Build and test simple interfaces between systems or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team. Test scripts
