CONTENT PROJECT MANAGER Mark Allen is a forward-thinking, inclusive media company celebrating yet another record year of success and we’re excited to be looking for a Content Project Manager who will oversee the delivery of bespoke content projects for our asset management clients. You will work as part of the MA Financial Create team, reporting to the Head of Content Marketing Solutions. We offer continuous learning and development, hybrid working, and a salary of up to £30,000 plus a bonus, and benefits. What will you be doing? Once a project has been briefed as Content Project Manager you will oversee the process from planning to distribution, working alongside our internal teams to ensure the required deliverables are produced. We own a fantastic studio and a large part of our projects include video. As Content Project Manager, you will ensure all content overseen is created to a high standard and in line with client expectations. As such the role requires ongoing communication with clients and internal stakeholders, setting out clear schedules and objectives, keen decision making and an eye for detail. Clear communication at all times is crucial. Each creative project is different! This role offers an incredible opportunity to work across multiple formats and directly influence the output! Main Responsibilities as our Content Project Manager Map out a schedule at the start of every project to outline required steps and ensure objectives are met. The main point of contact between clients or external stakeholders and internal teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial and Audience Development). Oversee filmings in our studio and/or client offices Proof content before sending it to clients and offer any suggestions for improvement. Create campaign distribution schedules and write copy for emails/social media. Gather post-campaign reporting for clients. What you will need: Ability to work constructively with clients and internal stakeholders to confidently manage a project from planning to delivery. Project management experience in content (experience with video or a strong interest in video is a plus). Experience in a client-facing role is beneficial. Excellent communication, organisational and written skills. Willingness to contribute to client meetings. Attention to detail. We are offering hybrid working and are currently working in the office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) as of 11th September we will be working 3 days in the office.
