Key Responsibilities:
This is a key role in developing the CRM platform for the Commercial Division, managing suppliers and data, managing a team of including implementing the CRM road map to support sales and retention activity. This role will enable deeper insights, automation and lead generation, designing customer journeys that provide the best possible customer experience as well as returning value on investment for the business.
This role will also provide operational support to the marketing team including providing support for the L&D programme for members.
