We are seeking a CTO to join a retail client of ours based in London. This role will be paramount in enabling the vision for the technology team to assist with growth of the organisation. Key responsibilities of the role will be: Enabling transformation across Technology Enhancing existing eCommerce and data infrastructure for scalability and international expansion Building an integrated infrastructure across consumer facing channels to deliver seamless customer experience across digital Build IT and internal communications systems Regularly reviewing Tech across the organisation Ownership of Technology budget Build and manage high performing team The right candidate will haved the following: Solid background working as CTO Experience working within eCommerce, retail or consumer facing business Significant experience in software architecture Extensive leadership experience Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices Strong communication skills Experience working with agile development teams This is a great opportunjty to joion a forward thinking organisation.
