WHAT TO EXPECT
An exciting new role has just become available to join Jaguar Land Rover as a Customer Advisory Board Project Lead. In this role you will s upport the Customer Advisory Boards in UK, US, Germany & Overseas, being directly resposible for engaging with and managing a customer community of around 3500 customers, a pplying agreed ways of working with the agencies facilitating these pieces of research and all project stakeholders for the efficient delivery of around 50 research projects per annum. You will interpret stakeholder requirements and business needs to develop research briefs, research methodologies, sample plans and project schedules.
These projects deliver crucial actionable insights for key business initiatives and decisions off the back of the aforementioned research. Not only will you manage the c reation of research outputs including reports & videos, but you will also p resent the findings of research projects to stakeholders to drive action. You may also support Cross Carline research and the Cross Carline Research Manager as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with both strong project management experience and also the ability to see the story in the data to be able to work with our agency providers and explore what this is telling us about our customer’s views on all things Jaguar Land Rover.
