Our excellent IT company are looking for a friendly individual to join their sales support team. We are looking for someone that has worked in either customer service or an administrative support position.
Our clients office is based just outside of Stamford and due to the location candidates must have their own transport.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Assist and support the sales team with leads.
• Update CRM on a daily basis, regarding sales leads, logging every conversation and action including updating the sales team.
• Weekly CRM reporting to Manager.
• Liaising and assisting Customer Services on fuel integration sign-up. Assist and liaise with Installation team surrounding fuel sign up
• Advise customer enquiries on partner services and additional equipment, liaising with Customer Service and Hardware.
• Upselling equipment to existing customers.
• Responding to marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls.
• To explain, promote and sell Local Loyalty to our customers
• Sign-up to delivery of services and equipment for Local Loyalty
• On-line EPoS demo training
