As a Contract Coordinator you will join the team who are thriving individuals obsessed with delivering exceptional customer service. We focus on maintaining our sales orders which have been generated in the branch network, making sales happen as one team.

Hybrid Working

We are currently operating a hybrid working model, giving you that true work life balance, you will work part of your working hours at home and part in office. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for this role with the hiring manager. Our head office in Trafford Park, Manchester has all the modern facilities; collaborative break out areas, on-site café, on-site gym, and on-site parking!

What Will You Be Doing?

• To provide an excellent customer service/experience personally always.

• Raising quotes, contracts, off hires and exchanges (Training will be provided).

• To develop lines of communication between the customer and build lasting relationships.

• To encourage and demonstrate a high level of teamwork to achieve results.

• Answer calls and respond to emails swiftly.

• Respond to all calls, e-mails, and messages by the end of each day, in line with agreed service levels.
