Our client, an innovative manufacturing business, based in Tiverton are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their business on a permanent, full-time basis.
As part of the Sales & Logistics team, you will be joining a busy department. You will play a key role in the management of accounts and their orders, from processing quotations, managing queries (internal and external) by phone and email, running reports and supporting the wider business.
About you:
Confident with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding Customer Service skills
A self-motivated approach with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks

The hours of work will be Monday – Friday (08:00 / 09:00 – 16:00 / 17:00) although there is some flexibility about this, operating 35 hours per week.
