You will be joining a highly professional and stable team, who work to common goals and objectives. The customer service team is at the heart of this business and your role will play a vital role in their future success and development. Your role will be to provide first class B2B customer support both; voice-to-voice and via email, helping and supporting with product and service, account queries and some technical queries.

What you’ll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a team player, someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, along with an eye for detail. You will need prior Customer Service experience and our client is ideally seeking someone with a background within the construction sector new build residential and/or commercial.
