A global and successful manufacturing company based in Wrexham who are leaders in their field are currently looking for an enthusiastic German speaking customer service coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Recognised for their innovation, this is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual manufacturing professional to join a growing and thriving business.

Your new role

You will be joining the Customer Services Team and will work collaboratively with both the commercial and supply chain teams. The main purpose of your role is to support a specific portfolio of customers to ensure that their orders are accurately processed and managed, whilst building long standing relationships and understanding requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing communication between the organisation and customer ensuring that all data for the customer is accurate.
• Take responsibility for the processing of orders managing them right through to payment, building long standing relationships in the process.
• You will take responsibility for customer KPI’s working closely with other teams to ensure that credits, debits, and rebates are handled smoothly.
• Have an excellent understanding of the customers’ requirements always driving for customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, due to the types of clients you will be working with, you must be a fluent German speaker and have previous experience working within the manufacturing industry in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable, along with a working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, whilst being an excellent team player. French language highly desirable but not essential for consideration.
